Yes, our tours are often sold out. We recommend making your reservations early in your stay on Madeira island. In case bad weather cancels your tour you can still go another day.
We do not offer a pick up service. All guests are asked to check in at our Funchal marina kiosk 30 minutes before departure to get their boarding pass.
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy on all of our group tours. You can cancel your reservation without penalty up to 24 hours before your tour date.
If we must cancel a tour due to the sea conditions we will do our best to reschedule your tour. This is why we recommend making your reservations early in your stay on Madeira island.
Almost every tour, but they are wild and free, so it can never be 100%. We see dolphins more often than whales. We offer our sightings guarantee, if on your tour there are neither dolphins nor whales seen you can go again for just €10 per person.
